Bill Payment Options by Mail/In-person

Utility bills are mailed approximately every 30 days and are due upon receipt. Bills may be paid by mail, in person, by AutoPay or on-line at www.huntingtonbeachca.gov/payments. Payments can be mailed to the:

Office hours are 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Drop Boxes
A Day Drop is located in the City Hall lobby in front of the Treasurer's Office and is collected onece a day at 3 pm. No cash payments accepted.

A Night Drop is located on the outside west wall of City Hall, and is collected once a day at 3:00 pm. Cash Payments accepted.

The third Night Drop for non-cash payments is a free-standing depository located between the Police Department and the City Hall building, near the fountain. Pick-up times are at 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays). No cash payments accepted.

A kiosk is available inside City hall on the First Floor with access to the City's website to make a payment on-line by credit card or eCheck.
